The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and with comfy bed. Lots of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. The location was great and incredible, at a medium distance from Portland Art Museum.

The location is perfect. We where close to shopping ,light rail and fine dinning. The rooms had balance of comfort and luxury. We had a great time in Portland for the weekend.

Everything was perfect from the second we walked in the door! The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful. The amenities were fabulous. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

I didn't like the restaurant, Daily Grill. Ordered appetizers, they were cold and unimpressive. Also, the waitress made us feel like we were putting her out. Didn't return here the rest of our visit.

It is absurd to add a $12.95 per day charge for wireless. This gives me the feeling of gouging and is unfair and not consistent with most other hotels.

fantastic central spot for exploring parks and landmarks

I loved that it was easy to stroll to Tom McCall Waterfront Park, just about a 10-minute walk away, and the fine Portland Art Museum was also only less than a 15-minute walk, making every city exploration effortless and enjoyable.

Location was perfect and metrolink was very convenient to/from airport.

Garbage/recycling trucks in early morning make lots of noise (loud breaking glass noise!!).

The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking staff was awesome. I arrived there Friday and Friday night a problem occurred with my car which ended up being fairly bad. The staff went out of their way to help me out. They where awesome to work with to resolve the problem.

It was just a top selection for a couple of nights in Portland with value for money. The soundproofing in our room was surprisingly effective, great to sleep through the nearby noise. Make sure to pay close attention to the dining options. Some might not fit your plan.

We only traveled for one night to see a play that was located near the Westin. Your staff were always very friendly. We loved your hotel restaurant. I had taken my daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday. The hotel was lovely and near where we needed to be. I especially loved that you have a recycle garbage can in the rooms. Never seen this before.
